These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Tap Tycoon (“the Game”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By downloading, installing, or using Tap Tycoon, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Game.

1. Use of the Game

Tap Tycoon is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment use. You may use the Game only in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.

You agree not to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Game

• Use cheats, exploits, bots, automation tools, or unauthorized third-party software

• Interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the Game

• Use the Game for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes

• Copy, distribute, sell, rent, or sublicense any part of the Game without permission

2. Single-Player Offline Gameplay

Tap Tycoon is primarily a single-player offline game. Game progress may be stored locally on your device.

Because progress may be stored locally, deleting the app, changing devices, clearing app data, or device failure may result in loss of progress. We are not responsible for lost local save data unless a specific cloud save feature is provided.

3. Ads and Rewarded Ads

Tap Tycoon may display third-party advertisements, including rewarded video ads.

Rewarded ads may provide in-game rewards after successful completion of the ad. Rewards may not be granted if:

• The ad is skipped or closed early

• The ad fails to load or complete

• There is a network or SDK error

• The device is offline

• Fraudulent or abnormal behavior is detected

We do not control the content of third-party ads. Ad content is provided by third-party advertising networks.

4. In-Game Currency and Virtual Items

Tap Tycoon may include virtual currency, upgrades, boosters, cards, items, skins, or other virtual goods.

Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, goods, or services outside the Game. We may modify, balance, remove, or adjust virtual items or game values at any time to improve the gameplay experience.

5. In-App Purchases

Tap Tycoon may offer optional in-app purchases. All purchases are processed by the app store platform from which you downloaded the Game, such as Apple App Store or Google Play.

By making a purchase, you agree to the payment terms of the relevant app store. We do not directly process or store your payment information.

Except where required by applicable law or app store policy, purchases are final and non-refundable. Refund requests should be made through the app store platform where the purchase was completed.

6. Game Updates and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Tap Tycoon at any time. This may include changes to gameplay systems, rewards, prices, balance, virtual items, ads, features, or availability.

We may also release updates that are required to continue using certain features of the Game.

7. Intellectual Property

Tap Tycoon, including its game design, artwork, graphics, UI, icons, music, sound effects, text, logos, code, and other content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal entertainment purposes only.

You do not acquire ownership of any content, virtual items, or intellectual property in the Game.

8. Third-Party Services

Tap Tycoon may include third-party services, such as advertising networks, analytics tools, app store services, and platform SDKs.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, content, or practices.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Tap Tycoon is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not guarantee that:

• The Game will always be available or error-free

• Ads will always load correctly

• Rewards will always be delivered under all network conditions

• Game progress will never be lost

• The Game will be compatible with all devices or operating systems

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, lost profits, loss of progress, device issues, or inability to use the Game.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Game shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Game or in-app purchases, if any, during the twelve months before the claim arose.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game or certain features if you violate these Terms, misuse the Game, attempt fraud, use cheats or exploits, or engage in activity that harms the Game or other users.

You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are made, we will update the “Effective Date” at the top of this page.

Continued use of Tap Tycoon after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of [Your Country/Region], unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
