Welcome to Bento Rush (“Game”), operated by Ronsen Technology Co., Ltd., developed under the One Percent Studio brand (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Game.

These Terms apply to all users of the Game on iOS and Android platforms.

1. Eligibility

Partial deletion requests are not supported.

All rights, title, and interest in the Game, including but not limited to:

• Artwork;

• Characters;

• UI elements;

• Logos;

• Music;

• Code;

• Textures;

• Game systems;

• AI-generated assets;

are owned by or licensed to Ronsen Technology Co., Ltd.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

12. Third-Party Services

The Game may integrate third-party services including:

• Apple Sign-In;

• Google Sign-In;

• Mobile analytics services;

• Advertising networks;

• Payment processing providers.

Your use of those services may also be subject to separate third-party terms and privacy policies.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including:

• Merchantability;

• Fitness for a particular purpose;

• Non-infringement;

• Availability or uninterrupted operation.

We do not guarantee that the Game will always be secure, error-free, or continuously available.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ronsen Technology Co., Ltd. and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits;

Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Game shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Game shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in California, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Continued use of the Game after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The latest version will always be available within the Game or through official distribution channels.
